Absolutely nothing in the tank today—totally drained by a fifth consecutive day of solo parenting. Gotta use all available mental bandwidth to start outlining a forthcoming Wired opus ’bout an ingenious casino scam. You know the drill—enjoy the prime example of Malaysian movie music above, and catch you again as soon as I’m able.

Hang in there, solo parenting isn’t for the faint at heart – it has to be the hardest job in the world…even though, they’re so cute at that age. Where do the little ones get the energy?

@ADW: Thanks for the encouragement. The toughest part isn’t necessarily the exhaustion or the constant litany of insane/illogical demands–it’s the lack of adult conversation. Dying to discuss Bahrain with someone, but Microkhan Jr. seems to have no well-informed opinions on the matter. (He does, however, have very strong views regarding where his Buzz Lightyear action figure should “sleep.”)
